Daily shipping cut-off will be 4:00 p.m. EST. Monday - Thursday. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to technical difficulties, mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are processed the same day as confirmed, out-of-stock Items will be backordered, and shipped free as they become available.
Our standard shipping is USPS or UPS ground, whichever provides a better rate and faster delivery for the customer. However, we offer expedited shipping at an extra cost, if you would like expedited shipping please notify at check-out.
All orders are shipped from New York. Customers in the nearby states typically receive their order the next business day, but it is not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped out in a brown carton unmarked box to prevent theft, if you prefer a different name on the shipping label, let us know in the note section.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the contents of the package at the time it is received, and report any irregularities with the shipment or product(s) receive within 24 hours of the time is it signed for.
